Does eating foods with high cholesterol NOT effect your bloods cholesterol level? - cholesterol level

I have listened to, have to eat things like egg yolks really has little influence on the cholesterol in the body, so it seems strange but true, so ... Why do people suffer from high cholesterol, first?

  1. That is correct.

Most cholesterol in the body effectively from the body formed in the liver. Cholesterol is made from saturated fatty acids in the liver. The proportion of saturated fatty acids compared to unsaturated fatty acids is the major determinant of plasma cholesterol, non-food cholesterol.

The people suffer from high cholesterol by genetic factors or dietary factors, such as eating too much saturated fat, drink too much, or overweight.
