I would like a recipe for a quick and easy fish quiche.

    SEAFOOD QUICHE

    1 pastry crust uncooked, regular size cooking Shell
    1 / 2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
    1 / 2 c. SM. Shrimp
    4 ounces frozen crab meat, canned

    Line crust with sliced cheese twice. Cover cheese with a layer of a layer of shrimp and crabs.

    Beat:

    2 eggs beaten
    1 C. cream
    1 / 2 c. Soup. Flour
    1 / 4 tsp. Salt
    1 / 4 tsp. Pepper
    1 / 4 tsp. Cayenne

    Combine with this:

    1 teaspoon of soup. Sherry
    1 teaspoon of soup. Butter, melted

    The mixture of seafood which can now be stored in the refrigerator or frozen. To serve: Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees until lightly browned. Quiche will be retained for at least 20 minutes before serving.
