Depending on the year, there are two simple ways:
1. Buying a stereo FM transmitter, you can on your iPod and click on the iPod (my wife has in the cup holder and click on your iPod into its SA)

2. Current Prius (for a few years in a row) over an additional interface for the iPod in the armrest on the right side of the lower front is in the armrest. There is a small rubber flap that open to a headphone-type fold male connection.
